I blend yoga, dance, and mind-body science to create experiences that light you up from the inside out and reconnect you with the wisdom already living in your body. My work brings you back to your power — embodied, empowered, and fully alive.

A Note From Me To You:

Movement has always been my language. It’s the place where I feel most at home, most expressed, and most connected to something bigger than myself. For over a decade, I’ve dedicated my life to studying the relationship between the mind and body through psychology, dance, yoga, and experiential education. I’m endlessly fascinated by what happens when science and soul meet.

My work today is a fusion of all of that. Wherever we meet, my intention is to help you remember your own magic. You already hold the wisdom and the fire within you. Movement simply gives you a way to access it.

I believe that healing is not about perfection. It’s about expression and creating a life that feels like a FULL-BODY YES.

Every experience I create is designed to bring you back to the home you have within. A place where you feel powerful. A place where you feel like yourself again. A place where you feel good in your body.
